2016 Wilyabrup Cabernet Sauvignon
This wine comprises 96% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Merlot and 1% Malbec. Made exclusively from the best Estate grown Wilyabrup vines, the fruit is handpicked with individual vineyard lots fermented separately; with portions being barrel fermented or held on skins for extended maceration depending on their fruit characters. The wine was then matured in new and one year-old French oak barriques for 18 months before being blended, and bottled.
