Special Late Harvest 2008

Late harvested semillon with sauvignon blanc, as a young wine, has the flavours reminiscent of cut grass which develop into toasty, honeyed, lanolin-like characters as the wine matures.

As the name suggests, this wine is sweet, so those with sensitive teeth should avoid it! This wine generally drunk sans food, though don't be put off partnering it with Indian curries or fruit salad.
