No Way Rosé 2011

"How about a Rosé?" said the cellar door sales department.

"No way!" came the response from the winemaker.

"Wrong answer" retorted cellar sales. And so, in the spirit of compromise, the No Way Rosé was born.

Inspired by the drier versions of Provence in the south of France, this wine has minimal residual sugar and finishes dry.

It displays aromatics of strawberries with a dollop of vanilla and should ideally be served chilled and without fuss or fanfare.

Screw-capped sealed to ensure freshness, and to be consumed in its youth.
