Late Harvest Cabernet 2007
|
From the superb red wine vintage of 2007, the Late Harvest Cabernet is another cellar door favourite. Maturation in oak for 12 months has softened the tannins in this wine, and lessened its astringency. Short term cellaring recommended. Bottled March 2008.
